It comes with a hood that could be used somewhat as a sunshade.

This is from there website and could easily be considered a "sunshade", it looks like one and would probably act as one: "The Fastfire is waterproof even "naked." But it comes with a weatherproof roof. It's optional, but it helps keep water and dirt off the glass. There is a picture of it here: https://www.burrisoptics.com/sights/fastfire-red-dot-sights
