Will this fit the Burris rt6 LPVO scope?

No, the Burris RT-25 & Six Xe 56mm Obj Lens Covers are not compatible with the Burris RT-6 Riflescope. I would recommend Butler Creek flip caps, size 02A for the objective, and Butler Creek Blizzard cap size 7 for the eyepiece. Both can be found linked below:
