No. You would need to use scope rings that are compatible with a 19mm dovetail rail, like the rings found linked below:

Will these fit a Ruger American 22 wmr? Tried Leupold but no clearance for rear ring because of arc in barrel.

No, the model for the 527 are 16mm and the 550 are 19mm, while your 457 has an 11mm dovetail.

Yes, they are flat on the bottom, which is compatible with the dovetail on the CZ 550 and CZ 527.

No, these are 16mm dovetail rings, your CZ 455 should have an 11mm dovetail instead.
