Would these work in a Ruger Mark 3 Hunter with Weaver style scope base adapter?

These rings will work with some weaver style bases. These will not work with factory Ruger weaver style bases.

No, the Burris Zee Signature 1 inch Rifle Scope Mount Rings work with standard, dovetail, double-dovetail, and Weaver-style bases only.

Yes. The Burris Zee Signature 1 inch Rifle Scope Mount Rings include a pivoting synthetic insert that increases the scope-to-ring mounting surface while protecting the scope finish. Additional Pos-Align Offset Inserts can be purchased (sold separately) to correct any misalignment of receiver holes or rings or even to provide additional windage and elevation adjustment.
