This Bushnell Banner 3-9x40mm Rifle Scope is not the Banner 2 model. We currently do not have the Banner 2 model.

What does second focal plane mean?

The main difference between First Focal Plane (FFP) scopes and Second Focal Plane (SFP) scopes, is in FFP scopes as you increase magnification the reticle will become larger and in SFP scopes as magnification increase the reticle stays the same size.
