What riser do you need for it to match with Bushnell trs-25?

It should be the same lower 1/3 co-witness height as your red dot. It also can use any 30mm rings/mounts in the event the included one does not line up.

Will this line up with Burris fast fire 3 picatiny mounted and does it come with the mount shown ?

The Bushnell AR Optics 3x Magnifier includes a picatinny flip-to-side mount that puts the centerline height at approx 1.6". You would need a lower 1/3 mount or a riser to achieve a co-witness when using this magnifier with your Fastfire 3.

Will this work on my henry AR-7

The Bushnell AR Optics 3x Magnifier could work on a Henry AR-7 but you may not have enough space to mount it to the receiver. This would depend on what red do you are using with the Bushnell AR Optics 3x Magnifier.
