How do you cut it ON and OFF. Thel roll switch is very hard to use.

When you insert the batteries the device automatically comes on. To turn off just unscrew the battery cap.

We don't have any laser bore sights specifically for 5.45x39 currently. However this Bushnell Laser Boresighter w/ Arbors should work.
