Bushnell does not state the outside diameter of the eyepiece on the Bushnell Trophy Xtreme 20-60x65 Porro Prism Spotting Scopes. I recommend contacting Bushnell for that information.

That depends on your eyesight, but generally, yes, this amount of magnification should allow you to see bullet holes in targets 300 yards away.
