According to Bushnell the Bushnell Universal Solar Panel can take up to 12 hours to charge. However, they do not state if this is by USB charger or Solar charging. I recommend contacting Bushnell for that specific information.

The Bushnell Universal Solar Panel features a USB port allowing the internal power core to be “pre-charged” before field use, from a computer’s USB connection or similar available source of USB power. Doing this is NOT required prior to use but will allow it to begin providing supplemental power to your camera immediately, instead of waiting for the solar cells to build up adequate charge. You will need any any USB Mini cable.
