Will this work with a Sig Sauer P320 X-Carry slide that has a Romero 1 footprint?

This C&H Precision Weapons adapter plate will only fit Dual-cut P320 model pistol (slides cut for the Romeo 1 Pro and RMR footprint). It is not compatible with slides that only have the Romeo 1 Pro optic cut. If you do not have a dual cut slide, you will need the C&H Precision Weapons SIG X-Series Romeo1 Pro Adapter Plate, which can be found by using the link below:

I have a Sig P320 M18 and I am trying to install a Holosun 507C optic on it, will this adapter plate work perfectly for this weapon and optic?

This C&H Precision optic adapter plate is for Sig P320 pattern pistols that do not lose their rear iron sight when the cover plate is removed. This means it will not be compatible with the P320 M18. The correct plate for your M18 that will allow you to install the Holosun 507C can be found by using the link below:
