As long as the rifle is chambered in .458 SOCOM, these will work with the AM-15 rifle.

No, unfortuantely parts have been modified to work better with the 458 SOCOM round. The manufacturer has stated that the magazine will not run .223/5.56 reliably. This should be expected to extend to the 300 AAC.

This will most likely not work for .450 Bushmaster. While the bullets themselves are both .45 caliber, and similar in length, the parent casing is different. The .450 Bushmaster is based off the smaller .284 Winchester casing, while the .458 SOCOM is based off a crimped down .50 AE casing. As a result, the .450 Bushmaster cartridges may be loose in the magazine.

Yes, I talked with the manufacturer today and they confirmed that it is stamped 458 SOCOM, plus it has a single follower, so it is not designed to function reliably with .223/.556 ammo.
