As this comes with a pistol brace it is not an NFA item. If you were to add a stock later you would need to SBR your pistol.

Yes. The MCK will work fine with with a non threaded conversion barrel. I have heard of some having issues though with a threaded conversion barrel.

Will the MCK Gen 3 work with my Glock Gen 5 threaded barrel ?

The CAA MCK does not support threaded barrels. You would need to remove your threaded barrel and install a standard non-threaded barrel to use the kit.
