The CAA Micro Conversion Advanced Kit is compatible with the XD, XD-MOD2, XDM & XDM-ELITE, but will not work with threaded barrels, optics, or suppressor height sights.

No. It does not fit osp factory sights or the 5.25” threaded barrel. Standard xdm and xdm elite fit fine.
5” is the longest setting it can accept.
