These CAA Micro Conversion Kits do not include a sling. You would need to purchase the advanced kit which can be found by using the link below:

Does anyone know the differences between this model and the more expensive models? What do they have that this one doesnt?

Without knowing the specific model you are comparing to, we are unable to determine the difference. There is a more expensive version that comes with CAA's Advanced Kit, which includes flip up sights, sling, thumb rest, and other accessories.
