The difference between 10-32 and 1/4-28 is the thread type needed for the various Cadex Defence chassis they make. If you are referring to an AR-10, you will need MPN: 7431-K003. The first option (MPN: 7431-K001) is designed to attach directly to a Cadex Defence bolt action chassis. The second (MPN: 7431-K003) attaches to any weaver/picatinny rail.
