With this stop up to a .30-06 and is it compatible with different target shapes?

The Caldwell AR500 Steel Spinner Target 758995 is rated for a .308 Winchester at 150 yards, it will not withstand a 30-06. Caldwell does not state if there are other targets compatible with the Caldwell AR500 Steel Spinner Target 758995. I recommend contacting Caldwell in regard to that information.

What are the dimensions of the steel plate? The description says it is 3/8" thick, but how long and wide? The stand is 1.5 feet tall. So maybe 4"x4"?

The plate is 5" x 5".
