The Camp Chef 36in Pellet Grill Jerky Racks are the Racks alone without the Grill. They are compatible with 36" Pellet Grills.

How much weight can the racks hold? Can I put two 18 lb briskets on 1 shelf so a water pan can fit under?

Camp Chef does not provide a weight limit for their 36in Pellet Grill Jerky Racks. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.
