so what is your question? sound like it's not lined in properly or maybe even over torqued screws causing flex in the sight body itself. I have a mo1 on my mete sft and its accurate just for bore sighting. that being a much better optic it should be accurate and more robust. I'd try removing it recounting it with proper torque specs. bore sight then if not on do a bench zero from a sand bag or some type of soild shooting platform. hope this helps

Yes, using the Deltapoint Pro adapter plate included with your Glock you will be able to install this optic. However, this uses the smaller RMSc footprint, so while it will fit, it will leave a gap on all sides of the optic in your optic cut. My recommendation would be to use a larger optic with the RMR, Deltapoint Pro, or C-More footprint.
