Will this fit a mossberg youth Sa20?

No it will not. The SA-20 uses the Beretta Benelli MOBIL choke system. You will need item #10304

Does this fit a new Benelli M2 20 gauge?

It will not as it uses Benelli Crio chokes. Carlsons offers MPN: 73108 which is a turkey choke with a diameter of .565. If you need a different diameter or constriction please feel free to email us at techsales@opticsplanet.com and we can assist you.
