Is the 10.5 barrel parkerized or does it have a black nitride finish? Product info says nitride while the description says parkerized.

The CBC Industries 300 AAC Blackout AR-15 Barrel model number 110-120 has a Black Nitride Finish, and model number 110-266 has a Parkerized Finish.

Is the hole in barrel for the gas block in the same location as my 7.5" barrel on my 5.56? I want to buy a barrel to convert my 5.56 to 300 blackout.

The CBC Industries 300 AAC Blackout AR-15 Barrel uses a standard 0.750" gas block, and can be purchased in multiple gas lengths. So as long as your Ar15 uses a 0.750" gas block, then you will be able to use it on this barrel.
