Is there a specific lower that this upper will mount to? According to someone’s review that the machining is off, just curious if they all are off.

The CBC Industries AR-15 Upper Assembly, .223/5.56, 16in is compatible with Mil-Spec lower receivers. If you have a Mil-Spec lower the CBC Industries AR-15 Upper Assembly, .223/5.56, 16in should work with it.
