Almost everyone missed the point. He asked about the bolt carrier, not the bolt carrier group. Can you use a 7.62x39 bolt in a standard ar15 bolt carrier?

I would recommend using the WMD Guns Bolt Carrier Group, or the Cryptic 6.5mm Grendel/7.62x39mm Bolt Carrier Group. You can find both BCG's by using the links below:

Will this fit on my AR15 lower or is this made for the AR10?

This CBC Industries AR-15 Upper Assembly is designed to work with Mil-Spec AR15 lower receivers. It will not work with an AR10 lower receiver.

Is this a HBAR barrel or M4 profile?

This barrel is machined from 4150 Chrome Moly Steel, heat treated to RC 28-32 hardness, and properly stress relieved. This barrel has a nitride finish for increased strength and durability. It is chambered 7.62×39 chamber, with a 1:10 twist rate. CBC Industries does not specify if it uses an HBAR or M4 profile barrel, you can reach out to them directly for more information. The CBC Industries AR-15 Upper Assembly can utilize a standard AR15 style charging handle. They will work for BCG's designed for 7.62x39.
