How long is the bullet?

CCI does not state the bullet length for the CCI Velocitor .22 Long Rifle 40 grain ammunition. I recommend contacting CCI for that information.

Did CCI do away with their nickel plated brass cases?

I believe the only nickel plated case .22LR ammo CCI makes is the CCI Stinger Ammo. This ammo can be found at the link below.

Would you recommend this ammo or the round nose for the Ruger sr-22?

The CCI Ammunition Velocitor .22 Long Rifle 40 grain Copper Plated Hollow Point Rimfire Ammunition is high velocity ammo. I recommend contacting Ruger to see if they recommend shooting this ammo out of the SR22. Some manufacturers recommend not shooting high velocity ammo through certain firearms so it is always a good idea to confirm with the manufacturer first.

Will these shoot good in the ISSC M22 cal handguns. I know the gun requires high velocity rounds

They do not recommend hollow points.
CCI mini mag round nose would be the better choice.
