The CCI Ammunition Velocitor .22 Long Rifle 40 grain Copper Plated Hollow Point Rimfire Ammunition is high velocity ammo. I recommend contacting Ruger to see if they recommend shooting this ammo out of the SR22. Some manufacturers recommend not shooting high velocity ammo through certain firearms so it is always a good idea to confirm with the manufacturer first.
