The AstroMaster 114 is not listed as a compatible model for this Celestron Heavy Duty Alt-Azimuth Telescope, Binocular Tripod. I recommend contacting Celestron to determine what other tripods are compatible with that telescope.

Unfortunately the Alt-Azimuth cut base of the Celestron Heavy Duty Alt-Azimuth Telescope will not be compatible with the Sky Watcher Star Adventurer.

Yes, this should work with the Ultima 100 Angled Spotting Scope.

An alternative that you may prefer is the TrailSeeker, which adds a two-way fluid pan head with quick release plate, as well as a wider range of adjustability.
