what quick attach plates does this take?

It is compatible with 1/4x20 tripod mounts, so it will work with any QD system that utilizes the same threading.

what about eye relief.. I wear glasses.. can you see with?

The eye relief is 18mm, which should be enough if you are wearing glasses.
