Does this barrel come with the gas block in the picture.

Answer is no but centurion arms makes a specific gas block that has a index tab that mates up with a milled out piece on the barrel.

Will these barrels fit the Precision Reflex gas blocks of the Mod 0? What kind of gunsmithing needs to be done for installation?

Any regular gas black with the correct journal diameter can be used, but the Centurion gas blocks have the alignment tab to ensure correct alignment during installation. You would be able to use the PRI flip up sight gas block.
