I own three BCM rails. One 15” KMR, one 15” MCMR and one 9” MCMR. The guy complaining about the 0.4” is ridiculous. The measurement is the pic rail section. You can clearly see that the sides go a bit more so if you are trying to run exactly 15” so you can get a suppressor mounted and get it right up to the rail you will waiter need to cut the wings off the rail or get a longer barrel. Or buy a mount that pushes out a bit further like a HUB mount that has a longer nut. The pictures show the rail, the dimensions are available. Do your research and pick your parts more carefully. Don’t blame a fantastic company with a great track record and product for your own lack of research. Also if you don’t own a dye grinder or know how to trim the rail wings you probably should not be building firearms. Get the tools so you don’t act a fool. BCM handguards are great quality and at a reasonable price. If you want a 10.5” barrel get the 9” rail, if you want a 9” barrel get an 8” rail. Simple.

Purchased for a Mk12 Mod-1 build. This gas block is solid. The set screws are a little larger than others and the screws provided are much easier to torque down. Buy an SLR dimpling jig and this block, use a tiny bit of Rock Set and you will have a solid dependable gas system.

It’s KAC. Just do it. They are snug. They don’t fall off. GWOT vibes are legit.

I keep seeing online posts of people complaining that this is non-NV and then giving it a bad review. First off if you are too lazy to read the features list and realize it’s an XPS2 not an XPS3 or an EXP3, and that the “3” is the designation for NV capable models don’t write a review. You just make yourself look ignorant and are doing a disservice to the what is arguably the best American made optics for CQB. This is a great optic and is a good choice for anybody that doesn’t own NV gear and doesn’t plan on getting into it. If you want NV they do not offer a 300 BLK reticle so just do yourself a favor and get the single dot EXPS3 as that is one of, if not the best NV holographic dot there is.

Best option for mounting a sling on an A2 stock. The webbing is strong, the fit is perfect, and the price is t outrageous. Get one.

These are very accurate barrels. I put a dime sized grouping of ten rounds at 100 yards using a 4-14 primary arms SLX series scope and a Geissele SSA-E trigger. Using a DA Sandman brake. Have had great results. However, the gas port wasn’t cutting the muster at 0.0800 so I went up to M16A1 milspec of 0.0936 with a Chuck reamer and a drill press and now she runs like a sewing machine. Standard Aero Precision BCG, A5-H1, A5-H2 when suppressed. Things GTG boys.

I purchased this to piggyback mount a Vortex Crossfire at the 12 o’clock over a Viper PST Gen ii 3-15x in a Reptilia AUS mount. I did have to use an Aimpoint 1/3 co-witness (HK416 style) spacer plate to get it high enough to clear the elevation turret which was about $90 additional, but this setup is superb and the Reptilia mount is top notch.I would say it’s better than the Geissele because of the mounting options and accessories. I will be using either these mounts or Badger C1 mounts for anything that needs LR accessories like levels, or lasers. I have Warnes and Aero Precision, PA, and LaRue mounts and even a Scalarworks LEAP. This one is the most versatile of all of them, although the Scalarworks is incredibly light, and has the offset mount capability it doesn’t have a way to mount at the 12 o’clock position. This means using an ROF-SAR instead of the ROF-90.

I had a very good experience with my order. It came within a week, the package was in a bag but the bag was in a box with other pieces of my order. I’m not sure what other people’s experience has been but the problem they seem to be having is with OP and NOT with the actual product .The product when undamaged like mine was is fantastic. This is one of the best very grips I have used. The knurling is perfect, the seal on the modular pieces is water tight and can fit two batteries at full length. I was hesitant because of the price but it’s machined from bullet aluminum. It puts all my BCM and Magpul grips to shame. If it gets dinged up on my rifle… wtf cares, it’s a tool. I need it to hold up to a beating not for a photo shoot.

So first review I posted was basically just first impression. After running a couple hundred rounds through my Mk12 with this on top via a Reptilia mount with a piggyback red dot heres my thoughts. This optic is extremely well made. The glass is incredibly clear. The turrets are crisp and very accurate to dial with if that’s what you intend to do. You don’t really need to dial once you get zeroed. I love the capped windage since I never dial windage. I did test the turrets out to see how the clicks lines up and they were perfect. First round was off center by 3.5 mils dialed it and bullseye. Hundred yard groupings were hard to pick up at distance but when I got the paper up close I was seeing sun MOA 5 round groups. The lack of parallax was a bummer but the diopter works smooth and was easy to adjust for ranges between 25 and 100 easily. Did not get to shoot further since the range is indoor. I’m so pleased with the performance and the reticle that I will likely buy a second one to run on my other SPR setup. My other Mk12 I run a PST Gen 2 3-15x44 on and that thing is phenomenal as well but you just cannot find them anywhere right now. I lucked out and got a display model and would love to grab another, but the Credo 2-10x36 I would definitely recommend due to weight, price, availability, and quality. It’s perfect for an SPR or DMR if you don’t mind the lack of parallax. It’s just a great piece of glass and I do not regret it one but.

Optics Planet got this to me within a few days of ordering which was great because I was stuck on a build and nobody locally Carrie’s these. SLR jigs are amazingly easy to use and take all the guess work out of the dimpling process. All you need is a power drill some oil and a barrel vise and a good set of drill bits. Have bought several in different sizes. Works great.
