No, the Canik Mecanik M03 1x29x Competition Reflex Sight uses the Trijicon RMR footprint and would not be compatible with the 43X MOS. You would be able to fit optics with the RMSc footprint such as the Sig Romeo Zero, Shield RMSc, Vortex Defender CCW & more.
