How are the plates inserted front and rear, and can side protection be added? The carrier I have uses 1plate and if you lean over it falls out. — 1 Answer

The Chase Tactical Low-Vis Plate Carrier (LVPC) fits plates through the bottom of the carrier and secures them with a Velcro panel/strap. You cannot add protection to the sides of the carrier itself because the LVPC has 3 Internal Pouches on each side of Cummerbund designed to fit magazines, radios, med supplies, etc.
