The manufacturer does not state if the Choate Tool Ithaca 37 Side Folder stock will work with a 20 gauge Ithaca shotgun. It would also depend on the model of Ithaca shotgun you are attaching it to. I recommend contacting the manufacturer to confirm compatibility with your specific shotgun.

It does "fit" an Ithaca Model 37 20 gauge, but the mounting stand is 1/8" proud above the receiver metal and doesn't look bad on a tactical SG. It is plenty beefy on a 20 Gauge Model 37 Ithaca SG

This does fit twenty gauge model 37 guns , it is about 1/8 " proud of the receiver on the plastic contact areas .It doesn't look bad and actually is stronger and more secure contact . Use Blue locktite in bolts and the rear stock bolt takes a bit to thread down with limited wrench clearance. I like this unit it locks up great and has 13.5" LOP .
