No, not as such. I mean, you can install the bayo but when it is not "in use" it lays at about a 23-degreee angle against the handguard. Also, this stock set features pre-installed sling mounts that will directly impede the bayo. ALSO this will not accommodate a cleaning rod; even if you drill it out, you will weaken the handguard and have to remove the previously mentioned sling mount hardware. I didnt get that far, and don't know if the cleaning rod would actually fit entirely.
