The Cimarron Arms Cimmaron Revolver Shoulder Stock might work with a Heritage Rough Rider but since it is not listed as a compatible model fitment cannot be guaranteed.

Not without machining the stock slots into the gun.. These revolvers (some of them, anyway)have an indentation on the bottom of the grip strap and a hole in the right side of the frame for the stock to snug into. You might be able to get a good 'smith to cut your Heritage, but know that going in.
