This particular Clip & Carry IWB Kydex Holster is not designed to fit an optic on the P365XL. However, Clip & Carry does make a version specifically designed for the P365XL that uses an optic. Unfortunately we do not carry that specific holster, but you can find it on the manufacturers website. I would also recommend the FDO Industries The Paladin IWB Kydex Holster which will accommodate your setup and can be found using the following link:
