Will this work for the streamlight tlr1 69889 longgun version pressure pad switch since the newer version of the Tlr comes with an different pressure

No, the Cloud Defensive Light Control System for Streamlight ProTac Switch is not compatible with TLR-series switches. It is only compatible with Streamlight PtoTac switches.
