Does it have a strobe light setting. If yes does the presure pad control it?

Yes, it is a standard HLX model light. You can program the HLX to have a strobe mode, which would then be controllable with the switch.

BCM MAKES THIS RAIL? As well as cloud defense products?

Per Cloud Defensive the rail is manufactured in house and just uses a BCM barrel nut.

Does weapon light mount up to Mlok or is there an adaptor that allows this to?

Any picatinny accessory rail for MLOK would allow you to mount it as these are picatinny mounts. Here's a link to compatible MLOK accessory rails:

Will a scout mount work with this model flashlight ?

Please be aware that because neither Streamlight nor Surefire make mention of compatibility between the two platforms, we cannot guarantee fitment between Streamlight lights and Surefire Scout Mounts. There are however many reliable companies (Arisaka, Magpul, etc.) who have stated that their Scout mounts will definitely fit both Surefire Scout lights and Streamlight ProTac lights.

Yes, the entire unit will be the color listed except for the pressure switch.

How does the Burnt Bronze & FDE compare w/ the Strike Industries FDE? The Burnt Bronze looks closer to my SI Curved Tactical Foregrip than the FDE.

The FDE will match closer as the Burnt Bronze will be a darker finish than a standard flat dark earth finish.

Both the Light Control System and Protac HLX come with a picatinny mount. The Protac HLX will work with any Scout light compatible mount as well.
