I’m looking for this type of sight for my AR. I have an ATI Omni Hybrid MAXX P3 5.56 16”. Will this work or, if not, some suggestions of what will.

Yes. You must remove your railed gas block and replace it with this front sight block. You will be able to re-use your original handguard cap to re-install your handguard. This will not include the front sight post or sling loop, and you will have to purchase them separately. If you have any additional questions, email us at Techsales@opticsplanet.com.

Will this fit an M&P Sport 2?

Yes. The CMMG, Inc AR15 Front Sight Base will fit your M&P 15 Sport II. It uses a standard size 0.750" gas journal, it will not include the sling loop and front sight post.

The CMMG, Inc AR15 Front Sight Base is designed for 0.750" gas journals. It will not include the sling loop or front sight post.

This is for standard .750" gas journal barrels, as long as your barrel has a gas journal diameter of .750" this should fit.
