Cold Steel upgraded their steel from AUS-8 to your choice of two high-grade steels: either CTS-XHP or SV35VN. It’s available in spear point, clip point, or tanto – all blades come black DLC-coated – and either plain edge, partially, or fully serrated. Hope that helps.
