Will this fit a sig p320 m18 with romeo Pro1

The Comp-Tac eV2 Max AIWB Hybrid Holster is not compatible with the Sig Sauer M18. I'd recommend the Galco Paragon Iwb Holster, which will fit your M18 and allow for a red dot to fit. You can find it using the following link:

Is this an open bottom holster that will accommodate threaded barrels or compensators? The pictures do not distinctly show the bottom view. Thanks!!

Yes. The Comp-Tac eV2 Max AIWB Hybrid Holster is open ended to allow for longer/threaded barrels to fit with the holster.
