Those binoculars are a bit larger than the 6"x6"x3" case, so it would most likely not fit.

The dimensions of the product are listed as
Dimensions: 6"H x 6"W x 3"D

The dimensions of the Nikon Action EX 8x40 are listed as
7.4 x 5.4".

The binoculars being smaller than the case, I would say "yes".
