Covert Optics does not provide the country of origin for their 10x42 Roof Prism Binoculars. I'd recommend reaching out to them directly for more information.

Yes, it is a federal law that all foreign-made binoculars imported into the United States must be clearly, indelibly, and permanently marked with their country of origin. Under 19 U.S.C. § 1304, this marking must be visible to the ultimate purchaser and conform to U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) regulations.
