I have a newer model Taurus 605 .357. Grip is attached via a single screw located on bottom of grip-remove screw-remove grip/will this replace?

Unfortunately Crimson Trace does not make a version that will fit newer (post 2014) versions of the Taurus revolvers.

These are the fit notes from Crimson Trace for this unit: "Fits Taurus models 17*, 85, 94, 327 six-shot, 605, 650, 651, 731, 850, 905 and 941. Does not fit Public Defender. Does not fit Polymer frame models. *Except Tracker Does not fit Taurus “Compact 5 shot revolver (e.g. Model 85, 94, 605, 650, 731, 905 and 941) manufactured after 2014."

It seems it will not fit any polymer frame models.

No, I do not believe these grips will fit although I would confirm against the fit notes provided by Crimson Trace, "Fits Taurus models 17*, 85, 94, 327 six-shot, 605, 650, 651, 731, 850, 905 and 941. Does not fit Public Defender.
