Unfortunately, Crimson Trace does not make a LaserGrip that is compatible with the Glock 43.

Will this fit my Glock 27 gen 5?

According to Crimson Trace the Crimson Trace LaserGrip Polymer Laser Sight Grip will not fit a Gen 5 Glock 27. It will only work for Gen 3 and Gen 4.

This model will not fit the Glock 19 Gen 4, the correct models are the LG-851 and the LG-639.
