Yes, the Crimson Trace LiNQ Green Laser will be compatible with a Noveske AR15 as long as it has a standard AR grip and picatinny rail.

As long as the Daniel Defense has a standard AR grip and picatinny rail, this model will fit.

What is the Candela rating for the LiNQ?

Crimson Trace does not provide the candela output for the LiNQ, only the lumen output at 300 lumens.

Will this system work i.e. pistol grip exchange/fit a FNH Scar 17s

This is not going to fit the FN SCAR 17s. If you're feeling adventurous, the LiNQ for the AR-15 would be a better starting point, but modification of the pistol grip would be required for proper fitment on the SCAR 17s.

Will this fit an arsenal sam7sf?

The Crimson Trace LiNQ for AK-47's will fit most standard AK-type rifles with stamped receivers and picatinny accessory rails. It will not fit AK-type rifles with milled receivers. Since the Arsenal SAM7SF is a milled receiver, it will not be compatible.
