The activation button is on the front of the grip, just under the trigger guard, so it works for both right and left hand shooters.

The Linq grip doesn't appear to be compatible with the grip on the CZ Scorpion EVO 3 s1.

We haven't test fit the Linq on this specific model so I can't say for certain but as long as it has a standard AR grip and a standard picatinny rail the Linq will fit.

If you attach a picatinny attachment, then yes as it is meant for picatinny rail attachment not MLOK.
