What size screws does this require. ( The ones from my Docter sight will not work ). Thanks in advance.

I would recommend purchasing the Swampfox Ultimate Red Dot Mounting Screw Pack, which includes 15 four-screw sets of various thread pitches and lengths. (6-32, 4-40, 6-40, M3, M3.5, M4 pitches).

Can the Crimson Trace 1500, 1550 red dot fit on this mount? Thanks in advance.

No, the CTS-1550 and CTS-1500 won't fit this mount. This is a Docter footprint and the CTS-1500 and CTS-1550 use a J-Point footprint.
