As long as it is fastened to the rail properly, I see no reason this would have any issues.

Will the laser and light beams clear a bipod mounted in front?

Yes, they should be high enough and far enough to each side to clear a bipod, they would project around either side of the bipod mount provided it is mounted on the same height rail.
