The manufacturer states the Cry Havoc Tactical 223 Two Pin QRB Kits can be used with free float handguards, and should work with either 1 or 2 piece styles.

The Cry Havoc website has a video which covers the hand guard requirements. Points made are that the hand guard must not be over 2" in diameter and be flat on the receiver end of the hand guard. Also note that the conversion will extend the hand guard out (about 2"?). So you depending on your existing hand guard, you may have to modify or replace it with a shorter (flat) one. Recommend you go to their site and have a look.
