The manufacturer states the Cry Havoc Tactical 223 Two Pin QRB Kits can be used with free float handguards, and should work with either 1 or 2 piece styles.

The manufacturer states, "The QRB Kit can only be used on Barrels with a maximum outside diameter of 0.985in and Free Float Hand Guards with a maximum width of 2.0in." So if it meets those requirements then yes.
