Will this fit in a regular 5.56/223 bolt carrier? Obviously with a 6.8 barrel

Yes. This also goes for any ar-15 caliber which uses a different bolt, as all ar-15 bolts use the same mil-spec carrier. The functional difference between ar15 bolts for different cartridges is only in the diameter of its front face that meets the rear of the cartridge case.
